NOTE: IKAROS 4.0.0 is a stand-alone Theater version, compatible with Falcon BMS 4.33 Update 3.
Run the IKAROS_4.0.0.exe and choose as extracting directory C:\FalconBMS 4.33 U1\Data\ (or your custom FalconBMS installation path)
After the extraction finishes, open the file C:\Falcon BMS 4.33 U1\Data\Terrdata\theaterdefinition\theater.lst and add the line:

Ikaros v4.0.0 is a huge step forward with respecτ to the previous versions of this theater. This is the outcome of the coordinated effort between e-haf and 16th Ark Angels. You may find a comprehensive changelog in C:\Falcon BMS 4.33 U1\Data\Add-On Ikaros\Docs.
Bear in mind that v.4.0.0 is still a WIP project. The dev team estimated that the theater would be fully ready around March 2017. However, we decided to release the theater now –at its current state- as a present to those who mostly anticipated it. As a result some features are not included in this version, but will be included in future ones.
After installation, make sure to check the Ikaros Settings.exe.
Below, there is a summary of what to expect in this version.
The dev team utilizes a new quick method for creating as real as it gets airbases. Currently, three (3) Airbases were created from scratch (Souda AB, Nea Anchialos AB, Andravida AB). The rest A/B are either customized from the previous versions or the stock Korean ones. In future versions we will create all 88 A/B (from small airstrips to big airports) hand by hand. That is, each airport will have its unique appearance. The good news is that this process will not take a huge amount of time. Currently, we are working on new 3D models which will populate the aforementioned airbases.
All objectives in v4.0.0 correspond to their real life location and name. We’ve used open source material to pinpoint their location. In future versions we will focus on big cities and their monuments (e.g. Athens, Istanbul etc.).
The theater includes four (4) campaigns. Although, in this version, the structure is ready (you can find .pdf describing the campaigns in Add-On Ikaros\Docs\Campaigns), the campaigns are not playable at this moment, since only the units and squadrons are missing to be fully ready. Since we decided to release this theater now, there was no time left to add the necessary units. This is the easy part and in the next version, all campaigns will be playable.
There’s been a huge amount of work in creating a realistic DB for HAF and TurAF, from cockpits, to radar and weapons. The work is still WIP and in the next version we will polish it and finish it.
There are lots of new customized units (especially surface ones) in this theater, along with SAMs. More will follow in the future.
This version uses the Ikaros v3.0.0 terrain. Future versions will include a new texture set.
Last, by default the pilot's body & legs are depicted within cockpit. If you want to remove them, go to C:\Falcon BMS 4.33 U1\Data\Add-On Ikaros\Art\ckptart, select the F-16 folder from your F-16, open 3dckpit.dat and select cockpithudmodel 4; For more details, read Ikaros Models (Raptor).xlsx (C:\Falcon BMS 4.33 U1\Data\Add-On Ikaros\Docs\Notes).
